My passion is experiencing and understanding the forces in nature that support the ever expanding web of life. I am a spiritual seeker, geographer, botanist, herbalist, writer, medicine maker, and outdoor enthusiast. I draw upon practices from a variety of traditions, including Chinese Medicine, which allows me to practice acupuncture, cupping, and moxabustion. I also utilize nutrition, gemstones, drumming, dream interpretation, feng shui, meditation and body movement in my wellness practice. My previous work includes educator, whitewater rafting guide, naturalist, gardener, farmer, massage therapist, cartographer, priestess, and chef. I look to nature to teach me, and I let my body, mind and spirit guide me.

Every moment of our lives directly affects what exists within ourselves and around us. My hope is that we can all authentically experience our unique paths with compassion for ourselves and the interconnectedness of all life. We cannot undo the past, but we can integrate and assimilate the past into a more optimal version of what we are becoming.
